Tomme Chebris is a blended milk cheese made in the French Pyrenees. You’ll first notice the sweetness from the sheep’s milk that then gives way to a goat milk tang. There are layers of grassy and herbal notes that come through that will pair wonderfully with a light-bodied red or a higher acidity white wine.
