Located in the mountains of North Carolina, English Farmstead Dairy is a 6th generation dairy farm and more recently cheese producer. Their cheese curds, made fresh weekly, are scooped up from the cheese vat and vacuum sealed to retain freshness. Their buttery flavor with a hint of sweetness and saltiness are the perfect bite-sized snack. If you want them squeaky, throw a few in the microwave for about five seconds. They also make a great grilled cheese sandwich.
